Something is changing on the user side, but I have been unable to track down the issue. We have also installed from the same admin install / media. So its either the mail profile or user profile that is having problems with processing the read receipt properly and displaying the information in the tracking button in sent items. If I login a different user on the trouble PC everything works as expected. If I move these trouble users to another computer everything works as expected. Some clients do not display the tracking tab, and most of the users are ok. We open the message, open the read receipt and then go to sent items on the message and click the tracking tab. To test we are sending a message to ourselves, requesting a read receipt. I have multiple users on the same Exchange 2007 Server and Outlook 2007 client version / patch level that are sending internal emails and not able to see the tracking button in their sent items.
